Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing time may vary depending on order volume, stock availability, and promotional periods

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We ship worldwide through trusted international courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, and EMS. The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and selected shipping option:
• Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days
• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs delays, holidays, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and chosen courier service. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and courier details. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information, including recipient name, address, postal code, and contact number, is correct at the time of checkout. Korse Beauty is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer. Once the package has been dispatched, address modifications are not possible.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect the parcel, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping fees and return costs. Refunds will not be issued for refused or unclaimed packages once shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully inspect and pack all orders before shipment. In rare cases where a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at info@korsebeauty.com. We will work with the courier to investigate the claim. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited from import into specific countries due to local regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered products are permitted in their country. Korse Beauty shall not be held liable for confiscated goods or customs-related issues.

Split Shipments

For large orders or orders containing pre-order or backordered items, we may ship products in multiple packages. Customers will be notified and provided with tracking numbers for each shipment.
